So disappointed with the disgusting service I received from Kulula after receiving a "voucher of a free return flight" in a competition I received. All flights are always booked I was not notified the booking process or by when I had to utilise the ticket by. When calling in to book the agents are rude and not helpful at all. After being so excited to win my prize only to find out all I received was empty ******* promises with half assed service leaving me empty handed.
