We want our credit for tickets back

We bought 5 tickets and we could not travel due to COVID.. we went through the creditors story and we opted to rebook and use the credit. We have requested that the money be put into their Kulula bank, but this has been a huge mountain to climb. Each time we are told it take 8 weeks or so.
