Want my refund

No ⭐️ at all. Does the Flight Bank even exist. Still waiting for my available “flight money” to be deposited in the account created by Azola on the 31st of July 2021 on flights booked in February 2020 for April 2020. One flight was even canceled after I got an e-mail that promise me that I can use the money for other flights until end of November 2021. They are *****ing your money and get away with it. They use the Civid 19 pandemic to make money and that was declared ******* according to the Government. No reaction after numerous emails to them and 2 hour long calls to them.
