Waiting on Kulula

Dear Kulula

I am booked on your 12:45 flight from CPT to JHB. I checked in the day before the flight and upon arrival at the airport, the flight is delayed till 16:40.

I find it quite disappointing and irritating that you couldn’t bother to let me know about the delay. It come across as if you have absolutely no regard for my time.

This will be my last flight you. Sadly, a company such as SAFAIR (in spite of their inferior fleet and in flight experience) will be receiving my business from now.

This has just happened too many times.
