Waiting for Refund For almost a year
<p>I Booked a weekend away using the kulula website at a protea hoteland the booking was cancelled because the room that i booked was given to someone else. this was in September 2015, and they promised me a full refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now June 2016 and i am still waiting for refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never get a proper response as to why this is taking forever.</p>

I have been waiting for a year, I am guessing Kulula does not see that as an issue.
This is the worst service ever, i guess i will have to wait for another year for my own money. SMH...

I can see that they are not even willing to acknowledge that they have done something wrong here. Kulula Group does not care about their customers at all.
