Waiting for months for assistance from Kulula

Still waiting for assistance from Kulula on this. It has been months. :-(

Dear Kulula Team

I am really hoping you can finally help me. I have tried all avenues to get this query resolved, but with no luck so far and I am getting really desperate. The number of unanswered email queries and time spent on hold to your call centre is really getting me down.

I am not even sure that this email will reach you. Most of the email addresses I have for Kulula are "no-reply" ones. The others are all different from one another. And you do not publish an email address on your website contact page or FAQ' except for the Chubb ones. I am hoping that the "***" email address you provide on your call centre IVR reaches someone who can reply to me and assist.

When I try to access my Travelbank profile/ID, it says that it already exists; and I am also unable to create a new profile ID.

I have credits which I would like to use in this time of being paid only a percentage of my salary due to Covid salary cuts.

From some of the automated emails I have received from you I have managed to figure out that my "Kulula ID" is *** and that my travelbank account number is "***". The email address I would have used to set up my travel bank is "bian***@gmail.com". My cellphone number is +278***. My ID number is 8211***.

The one credit is for a flight which I couldn't take due to lockdown restrictions (Ref EPNUQC) to the value of R1169,47. The other is a credit of R150.00 and the other R100.00 issued to me. I suspect these are for optional extras I paid for but couldn't utilise.

Please, please, please could you help me sort this out as soon as possible? Just reading back through the few communications that I did receive back from you and seeing "...if you do not hear back from us in 8 weeks..." makes me want to cry. I have such full sympathy for the strain that your organisation must have taken in this time of travel restrictions, but please, please, please don't let that have a lasting impact on your previously loyal man-on-the-street passengers. In advance, many thank you's for your assistance.

Kind regards,

*** ***
