Vitality booking system does not work.

The vitality Kulula holiday partnership does not work if you book with children. <br> Also the prices on the Kulula website are inflated and the discount offered is not the true discount for some hotels/lodges, especially the smaller lodges.<br> The supervisor was not helpful at all. And also the information she provided was incorrect. She said her staff will just book it for me manually. The service representative said he cant. <br> Their website offers the ability to enter all the family details yet when i follow these prompts it does not work.<br> If you are a vitality member and you think you getting discounts, think again if you book with children as most times they are also charged the adult rate!. Booking directly with the hotel shows that the Kulula site is inaccurate.<br> <br>
