Vitality booking issue

Please assist. I have been trying to make a booking, to no avail. I am booking with our Discovery Vitality details. I keep getting this error: The field First Name must be a string with a minimum length of 2 and a maximum length of 30. This is an issue as my husband has five names on his ID. There is no option to edit his name to include only his first name as it is automatically selected by the Vitality option. Urgently assist.
