VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Booked flights for 18 July and then kulula decided to ground all flights. After speaking to there office I was assured that I was getting a refund but nothing happened And when I called them the person that I spoke to told me my request was cancelled because the previous person working on it has left the company and then I had to explain all the details again and still nothing happened After phoning again 2weeks again the person assured me that they would personally call me and still nothing. And if you phone the office no one helps you. The worst and most bad service
