Very rear to receive such good servive

I wanted to book a hotel room on the kulula.com website via Vitality. Vitality simply refuse to help me even when I spoke to a manager!! I phoned Kulula.com and spoke to Tumi and explained my problem and she simply said no problem she will sort it for me I should sit back she will call me back.... Within 2 hours she called me back and told me although the system couldn't accommodate my request she phoned the hotel owner directly and sorted it out with him.

Well done kulula and Tumi, I wish I can conduct all my business through you.
