Very bad service.

We went to Cape Town on Kulula on 7th July 2018. MN704. The plane was 35 min late. On the plane a ****roach over my husbands hand. After waiting waiting 30 min for our bag we found the handle was damaged. When reported we where told to claim from our personal insurance. Very bad service.
