Very Bad

want to let people know about the bad experience We came across today, me and my husband were so excited to be traveling for the first time using a flight with kulula air travel, it happened dat we checked in online around 8am, flight was 11:50... So I called the customer service around 10 that if we get to the airport after 45 minutes isn't not going to affect us.... The agent's reply was as long as we did check in.... I'm writing this crying because of the bad service we received from this company... We had to pay R1900 on top of the amount we paid... N we have to wait for 19.00 to get onother flight.... They spoiled our day, coz we took unplanned loan because of the agent who mislead us...

Amongs that when we called the customer service to complain the actual done nothing to help us.... Their respond was they have different call center, we were supposed to recall the name of the agent....
