Vandalised and misplaced bag JNBMN10127

On the 22 July 2015 I travelled on kulula (Cpt - JHB) and to my disappointment my bag was heavily vandalised when I reached my destination.
I reported the matter to Barbara who assured me the bag would be fixed and sent back to the Cape Town airport.

I have travelled at least 6 times between then and now and each time is a sad reminder of the bad service from Comair.
Not once has Comair called me for feedback and since I am the one inconvenience, I contact them repeatedly and each time promises are made and never met.

I have dealt with Barbara, Nomthandazo and eventually when I realised that I couldn't trust the service agents, I requested the supervisor, Charles who equally made even further empty promises.
I was told over a month ago that Comair would replace the missing bag and when I gave the specifications of the bag to Charles, he said within 7 days, It has been an entire month.
Why does the staff at Comair staff resort to lying as a means of dismissing clients ?

The fact is that Comair has a property belonging to me and up to now very little care has been taken in fact no care or apology has been expressed for the entire inconvenience.
It has been 4 months and

Hello MahlanguTV,

Thank you for your post. Firstly I would like to apologise for the length of time it has taken to address your baggage complaint.

As per our records, my colleague has been in contact with you and forwarded your concerns to the Baggage Office at O.R Tambo airport. The staff there have been in contact with you to arrange for your bag to be sent up to ORT and possibly be replaced.

Thank you for being in touch with us.

Yours Sincerely,
Nazley - CR
