Useless late kulula airline
Yet again a kulula flight is delayed. And this after I paid to change my original flight to an earlier one due to a family emergency. 5th or 6th flight in a row that I have taken with kulula that is delayed. And let's not even get started on the long delays experienced in collecting luggage. If I had been a few moments late or heaven forbid a kilo overweight you would have off -loaded me from the flight but passengers must just suck it up at their expense.

11 Oct 2018, 19:02Update ...it's 7pm and kulula flight 17h15 to Durban still hasn't left . I paid good money to kulula and for a hire car to sit on the airport floor and wait . Discovery , get a wake up ..dump this vitality partner and give your clients decent service
