Useless call centre and even more useless staff

<p>i called to confirm I would not make the first part of a flight and got told don't worry the second part of the flight was confirmed and when I get it the airport I get told it's an extra 2500. The call center person failed to mention any cost which would have been 300 versus 2500z </p>
