Useless Call Center

<p>I have been trying for 2 days to change the date on my ticket.</p> <p>Throught the call center and at the airport ticket desk.</p> <p>I booked a British Airways ticket through Kulula.com and now they are unable to change the dates.</p> <p>Call Centre agents keeps on putting the phone down on my because they can't help me. USELESS!!!</p> <p>Kulula.com better get a senior person to phone me, because if I loose this ticket because of your pathic conduct, there will be hell to pay!</p>
