I initially booked a flight that cost R776.19 PE to Cape Town I made a mistake by booking it the wrong way around it should have been Cape Town to PE, I then tried to change it knowing there is a R171 cost involved but as I'm speaking to the call centre lady I'm on there website looking at the flights cost and times the flight cost showed a total cost 995 I selected this and assumed that I would just pay for the change fee and the difference in price would then cost me a further +/- R200.00 or about that amount. I assumed that the R776.19 paid previously would be deducted from the total due.<br> I found that I was charged a further R800.00, this makes the total cost of the flight +/-R1600.00. This is more than the total of booking a brand new flight and doesn't make sense to me. When I enquired at the call centre no proper explanation could be given to me.This is outrageous. I cannot understand how this can be and cant accept that this is okay.<br> If this is what Kulula offers I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
