[URL Removed] does not care about your belongings

This is my third post here with regards to [URL Removed] and the theft of my belongings (expensive I may add) on a recent [URL Removed] (If you can call February 6th as recent). My belongings got missing at either JHB or CPT airports. I reported this to Kulula and they ignored me, after posting on here they said someone will contact me...that never happened. After my second post (complaint) they contacted me asking me to out forms, get a case number from the police station and send it to their claims department. That was done almost 4 weeks ago! NO confirmation that they received the forms NOTHING. I had to contact the department on Thursday, 17th March, 2016 and then was told how she (lady on the other end) was off sick and could not attend to the claims, she would however mail me the next day (Friday, 18th) to let me know what the steps forward are. Today is Tuesday, 22nd of March and it's two months almost since the incident and Kulula just does not care what happens and does NOT take responsibility for my valuables going missing. I do NOT expect this unprofessional behaviour from a company of their stature. Two months later they have NO leg to stand on. PATHETIC!
