Unwilling to help
I have made my booking for me, my son and my nanny, by mistake I put my name on both bookings so I flew in on the 1st January under DRBKZG booking and now my son has to come with my nanny under the INYIZF.
I called the call center and explained my mistake but I could get help, my 2 year old boy cant travel by himself as the mistake ticket doesn't even have a refund.
