Unsympathetic airline

On Thursday morning I had a flight booked from Cape Town to Johannesburg on Kulula.com. When I arrived at the airport I didn't feel well and thought nothing of it until boarding time when I suddenly had an awful feeling and explained to tell the lady at the counter that I'll be back shortly as I had to rush to the bathroom and she said it's fine. Upon my return a few minutes later the flight had closed and she had disappeared. I tried to explain to the gentleman that had taken her place but he wouldn't hear any of it and abruptly dismissed me. I had to book a flight on a different airline and had to forefit my ticket. I was shown no sympathy and treated poorly.
