UNREASONABLE

Made and paid a return fare this past Saturday 7th Feb for my sister Moreen Schraader. Today Mon 9th my sister noticed I booked return date as Monday 23 March not 23 February. I phoned Kalula to correct the <br> error and had to pay R342.00 to amend to February. Was told if I had amended on same day ticket bought I would not have had to pay the 'penalty'. This is unreasonable. Kalula doesn't refund 1 cent if they keep you waiting and waiting when they delay flights. Kalula please give me my R342 back.
