Unorganized and unprofessional.

Kalula, now I’m sick of your over booking and delays. My flight was scheduled for 5:15 and you delayed me until 7:30, in other words you have bounced me onto another flight which is 2 hours later of my time. I will not fly with you again, you are *********** and unprofessional. Get your act together. This is not the first, my flight down to jhb from Cape Town was also delayed an hour and a half, and my other family members were also delayed and attempted to be shifted to your British airways flights and got comply randomly dispersed seats. Fix it
