Unhelpful - just after money

I booked theough Travelstart - first mistake, then arrived at OR Tambo to book in. I was then advised my booking was done for Lanseria, I went to the counter at Kulula at the airport for assistance and I was informed there is nothing they can do for me. I will never use travelstart or kulula ever again
