On the 9 th of Aug my friend booked me a ticket the amount was R1423.24 he used his Discovery card for discount.. The amount then was R1056.24, I paid for everything. O R Tambo to Durban.<br> When I got to the check-in they said I can't use the ticket because I used his Discovery card... I had to buy another ticket( 2 tickets for 1 flight). And they will not refund the R1056.16. Unbelievable!! They take your money! Then at ticket sales they say baggage 20kg and at check- in 23kg!!??? And on top of that the Kulula staff are very unfriendly and unhelpfull!! I will never fly Kulula/BA again. Fly Mango!
