I booked a return flight for me and my son online, and moments after I completed the transaction I realized that I have made a mistake. I immediately phoned the call center. I was told that the flights I booked, in a months time, is non-refundable. I understand if you want to charge a cancellation fee if tickets are cancelled last minute, BUT I did NOT want to CANCEL the tickets, I just wanted to correct the flights. I was left with no choice (and you know this) but to go ahead and change the flights, and in the process loose the money. We are all human and make mistakes, I made one and it costed me a LOT of money. Principle - I will not fly with Kulula.com ever again. I will make sure non of my friends and family ever fly with Kulula.com again. And I will make sure my company never make use of your service again.
