<p>I booked a flight through Kulula and wanted to cancel it due to personal reasons. I phoned the consultant to discuss my options. Consulted said I cannot transfer the ticket into someone's name and I could either cancel or use the ticket at a later stage. I wanted to know the cost to cancel which he advised will be about R175+. When I received my refund 8 weeks later lost most of the money I paid for the ticket. I would not have cancelled the ticket if I knew this. This is terrible service/ ********* behaviour / ******* ripping people off </p>
