Undue charges

Disgusting approach by a big company.I bboked a ticket and put in the wrong date.Within 10 minutes I phones and advised Kulula and re booked a flight on the correct date.I was told I would get a refund within 4 to 6 weeks.I received the refund but Kulula deducted R 550 for admin and cancellation charges.Dispite me arguing that this was a simple mistake they refused to correct. Shame that a big company exploits clients like that.I will never use them again.
