Uncomfortable seats

I booked a flight from East London to Johannesburg and booked a seat with extra legroom. paid R75 extra and was given a 2nd-row seat without any legroom. All I got was a seat change on the return flight. the staff are not friendly, from the woman that phoned me, the check-in lady and the crew on the flight are just not good enough for a service industry. I will not fly Kalula again and will rather pay a bit more with another airline but never again am I going to sit like a sardine in a can.
