Unable to reach Call Centre

I have tried calling the call centre countless times since Friday, 5.11.21. I hold on for 20 - 30 minutes each time and the call is cut-off every time. I have tried sending electronic requests for assistance and those are also unanswered. I was given an invalid reference number by Elto Nisha who booked my flights on 3.11.21. I need to resolve my problem and cannot get assistance from Kulula. This is the worst service I have ever had from an airline!
