Unable to get through to Kulula Call Center, call just cuts after being put on hold

We have been trying to get thru to Kulula's Call Center for the last three days. We understand that due to Corona Virus outbreak things must be hectic, but we hold on for what feels like hours then every single time the call just drops.

All we want to do is change our flight details to credits but it seems we going to have to go to the airport to change it which is not ideal.
