Unable to contact, cancels return flight automatically

Can't get hold of kulula via phone, this has happened twice in six months now. Changing flights is nearly impossible so you end up buying new flights. Also be aware, if you have return tickets and miss the first flight, they automatically cancel the second flight and you have to rebook and pay the difference. This happens without notice. So rather buy two single tickets otherwise you'll loose money. Again. I won't be booking with kulula again though.
