UNABLE TO BOOK ONLINE
It was a nightmare trying to make a booking on Kulula's website during their sale on 1 April. Despite more than 50 attempts all failed despite getting as far as credit card details. When I finally had to book through call centre I could not get my Vitality discount - I lost out on R193 discount because Kulula's website is unable to handle demand during their promotions.

In the case of flight specials, due to the amount of bookings made on the website, we sometimes experience a problem with the processing of payments. This is an area we are looking into and trust that with the next flight special, we will meet your expectations.
