Unable to book and now prices trippled

I was trying to book return tickts to Durban (average return price was R800) last night. After selecting flights and confirming my details, it kept saying \unable to process if the error continues please call our contact centre". I called the contact centre and checked the website and the pricess have cone up to an average of R2000 per return (we are a family of four so I am looking at about R4000 more to book the same flights.
