Ugliness towards families with young kids

<p>We were traveling back from Durban to JHB with our 3 kids, all under 10 years old. We packed 2 suitcases with all family of 5 travel. When we arrived, we were asked to pay R600 for being overweight yet we were within the tolerance for the combined family weight. We asked the supervisor for leniency explaining to him that we can not be expected each kid to carry their own luggage. The supervisor, Jamain Doravaloo was rude and arrogant not being accommodating or understanding and explained to him that he was culturally insensitive. He became agressive and created a scene threatening to throw out family of 5 off the flight. My kids were very stressed by this behavior.</p>
