****ty experience with Kulula

<p>Such a terrible flight with Kulula this morning!! We had booked a family holiday earlier in the year and had booked flights with Kulula. We had checked in online the day before only to see that the person at the boarding gate scratch our seat numbers out and write a new one. I had asked why she had done so, it was apparently due to "operational" reasons. We were then made to be seated in the emergency section of the plane where we felt very uncomfortable. We were then moved to the back of the plane after explaining to the flight attendees that this was not our original seat. For 2 long hours and a shakey plane ride we were forced to breathe in the revolting faeces infested air from the lavatory. What I do not understand is how can you just change someone's seat without notifying them? Furthermore what is the point of the online check in if such despicable behavior by staff is allowed? There are also other passengers on the plane whose seats could have been changed so why was I a victim to such a horrific experience. I'm really disappointed and disgusted with Kulula. Thanks for ruining my holiday so far. Some #kululasummer this is!!</p>
