Trying to get invoices from travel is like pulling teeth

<p>My wife and i travel frequently for Business (ie. atleast twice a month), and have found your combo deals to be very convenient, which is why we use Kulula.com (even though our flight are always delayed). However trying to get invoices from Kulula is the most frustrating thing, as these flights are paid from our company there are various people booking the flights. Surely you should be able to pick up the invoices from a name, ID number, card number used to book ect. This process to get invoices has been very time consuming, and i still have not recieved the invoices that i am looking for. I have now made the decicion to fly with another airline as your prcoess/systems are just not worth dealing with.</p>
