Trying to cancel Kulula credit card!

<p>Unbelievable. I phoned to cancel my Kulula credit card on 13 June and they said they'd send me an email "within a week" to confirm. No email arrived, and I see they've charged me ANOTHER monthly fee on 5 July!!! (They have been charging me every month since February for an expired card.)</p>
