Traveling with infant

First time traveling alone with my baby from Cape Town, and what a bad experience. Will not use Kulula again. There was no help offered at any stage. Was expected to leave and fold stroller with hand luggage and baby in my arms, and the same when coming out. When asking for help in the aeroplane it wasn't given with pleasure. So different when traveling down with another airline. Very dissapointed
