Travel credit what a joke

Well done Kulula for being the worst!! You say you can swop tickets for tickets until you actually book, then you want to charge the flight difference of over R2500 a ticket or you can just send an email and we will load the credit - BUT WAIT that takes 6-8 weeks, but you also have to use the tickets by the end of November. So Kulula is actually just telling you to forget that you ever had a credit with them as they will not honour the tickets. Worst service ever, why did you bother?
