Totally irresponsible Kulula.com

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>My 13yr old daughter travelled to Durban on Kulula and was booked as a meet and assist as she was travelling on her own. when my husband made the booking he was asked for the ID Number of the person collecting her in Durban. She was taken by the hostess at OR Tambo to the waiting area but when she arrived in Durban, one of the Kulula staff "a guy" took her as far as the carrousal and then just left her. she walked through the arrivals hall on her own, thank God her granny was there to collect her and wasn't delayed for any reason. I have brought this experience to Kulula's attention. and all they have done is written backward and forward to me making all the **** excuses under the sun for the totally irresponsible staff member. Now look, i'm tired of arguing with them for a proper explanation. In this day and age i really do fail to understand with child trafficking been so rife how Kulula can just be so unconcerned about your child when we put their safety in the hands of the Airline, then make stupid excuses for the staff. i am utterly disgusted at the way Kulula has handled this situation. then they go the audasity to say they will give me a discount to the same value as i paid for my daughters ticket back to me when i purchase another ticket. like that is what my childs life is worth!!! Shame on you Kulula!!!</p>
