Too many delayed flights and poor service

Your flights seem to be delayed way to often these days. Form social media this is evident and from personal experience. Please explain to South Africa why this is so common these days? Also explain why a company such as Discovery should continue their partnership with you if their customers are going to receive poor service from you. Your ability so solve these matters are shockingly terrible!!
