Tired of constant delays with kulula

Last straw! Sitting and wasting time at airport as once again kulula is delayed. This is unfortunately not the first instance! Received 8 notifications with 4 different times! Came to the airport for clarification and to try get on earlier flight. We were sent from desk to counter to other desk back to counter, all different excuses. Rotation problem. Yes u can get on earlier flight then no flight is closed then flight is full. Staff have no idea what to do in case of delay! They all just were waiting for their shifts to end and go home! Guess what so do I!!!!
