Ticket Money Deducted but No Ticket Provided

Yesterday morning I purchased a ticket online. The money went off my account but the page didn't fully load and no reference was provided.

I contacted your call centre only to be told that you have no record of the purchase. I had already purchased my boyfriends ticket and had no money to purchase now a 3rd ticket. This is really not acceptable at all. When will my money be refunded???!!!!!!!! Money doesn't grow on trees!
