Thorough service during uncertain times.

I had the most unexpected and pleasant assistance from a call centre agent at Kulula for my holiday booking. They were very thorough, meticulous and very patient. I was kept on the call until the agent was absolutely certain that every aspect of my query was covered. We even tested emails during the call. I have to commend this, especially during such an uncertain time and downward spiral of revenue. For me this proves that professionalism is possible under most circumstances, that humans can be respectful to each other and that call centres are not a black hole where one tends to get disconnected, can't reach the same agent you've dealt with before due to incomplete queries, etc that people deal with when calling call centres.
