<p>I booked a return flight for my uncle to come down for my wedding. A month before the flight he said that he can't come. Now I can't change the booking name to allow another person to come to my wedding. I thus lose just over R4 000 just like that.</p> <p>Neither me, nor any of my family will ever make use of Khulula again, and we used to fly regularly for business...</p>
