CANNOT even get hold of them to get my money back that they took off for a ticket that was not confirmed so I had to buy another ticket as I held for 28 minutes! Have sent countless messages and online enquiries and they do not even bother calling me back just keep telling me that someone from the call centre will call me which never happens! This has been going on since the 2nd September so almost one month now which is unacceptable to say the very least! Never again will I fly with them, they cannot ever keep their flight time or be on time, such a joke!!!
