I am extremely disappointed with Kulula and they service, I tried booking a flight on Sunday as I had to return to Johannesburg due to work reasons. I booked and used the SID solution. To my disappointment the money was taken out of my account but the booking was cancelled. I spent almost R100 calling Kulula call center where they just cut the call after long hours of waiting to speak to a consultant. This is the second time this has happened but amazingly I booked a British Airways flight and it went through immediately and I got the receipt and booking ref using the online SID tool. Can I please be refunded my money as soon as possible and this will be the last time using kulula.
