They cancelled ticket I paid for with no refund

Confusion with regards to my flight at Lanseria, led to me missing the flight and booking on another airline as no flights were available at that time on Kulula. Now they have cancelled my return flight, without notice or reimbur*****t, requesting another R2,300 to reinstate the flight.
