THEY CANCELLED MY FLIGHT AND REFUSE TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE TICKET

On Monday 21st I had a flight MN 0107 to Cape Town on arrival to check in, was told flight was cancelled. Comair didn't want to take us in their next flight, waiting and waiting for assistance from the counter ladies, they ignored me and everybody else, didn't get a cancelation reference or anything as they didn't want to work, the supervisor was worst that all of the other staff arrogant, impossible and only caring about her nails. Nobody gave me a cancellation or reference number they just told me to phone a *** which I've done and now they say they don't know anything about it and have to investigate after 48 minutes on phone.

I had to but another ticket to go to Cape Town and now this from them again.
