THEFT ON KULULA

Lets start with how the flight ( MN106) was 2 hours late (departure) and upon getting to my place in Johannesburg I realized that my hair was missing.. so while they were delaying for an entire 2 hours, their staff was scratching through our luggage and taking our belongings. I reported this to ther Lost and Found - ZERO !! Instead I was told to forget about MY hair.
